This website contains digital assets including images, photos, creative files, video, audio, presentations, and documents for the brands of Wolverine Worldwide. Our downloading process has several options including e-mail, links, and MFT, allowing you to start and stop file transfers at your convenience.
Requesting Access
If you do not already have an account or need to request additional brands, on the home screen, please click "Request a new account or Request Additional Brands" to be redirected to the form below. Please fill out this form and you will receive a confirmation email,
followed by another email with your username (after your request is approved).
Resetting password
If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it, you can do so by clicking "Forgot Your Password?" on the login page.
It will prompt you to fil out the below form. Make sure you use the email address that you registered with. When you submit this form it will send you an email with a system generated password.
After you receive your system generated password, you can enter that as well as the new password you wish to use into the form below and your password will be reset.
Logging in
Navigating
This page allows you to navigate between brands that you have been granted access to. Click the name of the brand you would like to begin browsing or searching media for.
Brand Home Page
Once you have selected a brand, you will arrive at the brand's home page.
The home icon button will always bring you back to the brand's home page. The Back to Brand Selection will bring you back to the main welcome page where you can select another brand to browse and search media for.
To begin searching and browsing for assets click the Brand's Assets
Searching
So where do I start searching? Right here:
You can search for assets using stock number, season, fie name, file format, by gender, text within a document and if you use only an * in the search field you will retrieve all assets loaded into the system.
You can search for multiple assets at once by using a comma to separate your search terms.
Example: J239575, J54747, J74493
You can copy and paste your search criteria from a column or row within an excel spreadsheet.
Faceted Search
After you have typed in your search terms you can narrow down your results using the faceted search feature on the left hand side.
Asset Detail
If you would like to see more information and data on an asset, you can click on it from the search results screen, and you will be brought to this detail screen.
To return to your search results click on this arrow.
Downloading
Click the blue arrow to download a single asset - it will be added to your computers downloads folder
Add the asset to your cart so that you can apply transformations, download multiple assets at once, or share assets with others.
Click the shopping cart icon to review all the assets you have selected and apply transformations and/or download assets.
Applying Conversions to Assets
In the shopping cart, conversions may be applied to your selected assets before downloading them.
If, for example you needed one of your images in .Tif format rather than jpg and you wanted it 72 dpi you would select this option from the dropdown menu.
Each image in your cart can have a different conversion or only selected images may have a conversion, or you can apply the same conversion to all by clicking "Apply this conversion to all assets with this type in the cart"
After applying your conversions you can then select the method of download you would like to use.
Retrieving Your Downloads
Click this download option to download directly to your machine
A dialog box will prompt you with a confirmation message, please click yes if you would like to continue to download your assets
You will now be prompted with 2 download options. The top option downloads the assets directly to a folder on your machine. The download folder is specific to each individual user's machine preferences.
Confirmation that your download is in progress
Status of your download can be seen here, a green check mark means it is complete
Click within this area to retrieve your download
Click "Download Exported Assets" and the files will be saved to your machine
You can also click the Assets tab to confirm what assets you are downloading
Download by Email
The second option is to use the Managed File Transfer (MFT) service. This allows you to email a clickable link to either yourself or other users to obtain the shared assets.
The emailed link does not require a user name and password to obtain the assets.
You will be prompted to fil out the below form. This will send an email link to all email addresses in the to: field. NOTE: to add extra email addresses, separate by only a semicolon (don't add spaces).
The email they will receive will look similar to the below, and will download the assets directly to the users machine.
When the progresses bar shows 100%, the download is complete.
Download by Folder
You have the option of browsing and downloading assets by organized folders. To do this we begin back at the Brand Asset Homepage.
Click the triangle to reveal a dropdown menu which will allow you to select the folder view.
Click on the triangle next to the folder names to expand and contract sub-folders.
Click on the folders to view the assets in a folder.
Click the blue arrow next to the folder name to download all assets within that folder
